Although a native of Texas, I have been fortunate to spend time throughout the world during many trips abroad. At the tender age of thirteen, I spent a month living with a family in Hamburg, Germany. This experience led me to become fascinated with the diverse cultural landscape of our planet. Throughout high school, I was always dreaming of going back to Europe to explore more of the beautiful architecture scattered throughout the continent. By the end of college, I began to make these dreams a reality. I searched every day for the cheapest flights to anywhere, curious to see where luck could take me. I now travel full-time, coming home only rarely to catch up with my family and friends
I had an undeveloped interest in fashion as young as middle school. I wanted to have the coolest skateboard shirts - once high school came, this developed into a craving for rainbow colored polos and khakis. Looking back, my progression into the fashion world is humorous. Now I search out undiscovered designers throughout Europe and Asia, trying to forecast trends before they have reached the fast fashion mainstream.
The combination of these experiences have taught me that fashion is a lens through which to understand and interact with the world. My only goal is to travel and share these experiences with anyone interested in learning about planet Earth. To accomplish this end, I turned my curiosity for vintage fashion into a business selling European and Japanese designer products in the beginning of 2015. I have shipped over five hundred products to clients in every continent but Antarctica (any fashionable glaciologists out there?). This website is the product of an endless taste for novelty, through which I hope to challenge your understanding of sociocultural phenomena.
